PPO again recognized as the only law firm in Bolivia to receive Great Place to Work certification

PPO Abogados (PPO) has reaffirmed its leadership by being recognized once again as the only law firm in Bolivia to receive the Great Place to Work (GPTW) certification, achieving an outstanding score. This recognition highlights our commitment to creating an excellent work environment, consolidating us as the best place to work in the country’s legal industry.

The certification is based on a thorough evaluation that measures collaborators’ experiences in terms of engagement. Among the most valued aspects are trust and well-being in the workplace, collaborator commitment, and the perception of PPO as a safe place to work.

Great Place to Work, with over 30 years of experience in Bolivia, is one of the most recognized organizations worldwide in assessing work environments.

Lindsay Sykes, Managing Partner of PPO, commented:

“This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to providing an environment where professionals can grow, feel valued, and work in an inclusive and respectful atmosphere. The trust that our collaborators place in PPO is a reflection of our continuous effort to prioritize their well-being.”

PPO has more than 130 collaborators, of which 59% are women. In addition to its focus on inclusion and diversity, the firm shines for its strong social responsibility, with a total of over 1100 hours dedicated to pro bono work last year.

Daniela Paredes, Chief Operations Officer of PPO, added:

“Our organizational culture focuses on well-being, continuous learning, and professional development, which has been essential in achieving this recognition. Trust, respect, and empathy are pillars that enable us to maintain this level of excellence.”

The recognition from Great Place to Work establishes PPO Abogados as the only firm in Bolivia with this international certification, reaffirming our commitment to our collaborators and to developing an inclusive and motivating environment.
