Cecilia Jordán is a specialist in civil and commercial litigation, with experience in handling complex disputes related to high-value property claims, contractual conflicts, corporate disputes, and contentious and contentious-administrative proceedings. She is part of the Civil and Commercial Litigation team at PPO Indacochea, where she actively participates in representing cases on both the plaintiff and defendant sides, representing national and international companies before ordinary and constitutional courts.
His practice is characterized by comprehensive involvement in all phases of litigation: from legal analysis and strategic case planning to the drafting of highly complex briefs, filing appeals, producing evidence, participating in oral hearings, and monitoring the enforcement of court decisions. He has been involved in a variety of substantive disputes, including claims for breach of contract, judicial dissolution of companies, injunctions, constitutional actions, and litigation against state entities, always maintaining a technical, methodical, and results-oriented approach.
Her rigorous training, combined with her experience in complex litigation, has established her as a key professional within the PPO Indacochea team, with the ability to tackle challenging disputes with legal expertise, procedural precision, and strategic vision.
Before joining PPO Indacochea, Cecilia worked in the Legal Department of the Municipal Mayor’s Office of Warnes, where she gained experience in administrative and public litigation procedures.
She holds a law degree from the Universidad Mayor de San Simón and a diploma in Civil Procedural Law and Oral Litigation from the same institution.
