Within the firm, he assists with tax audits, verifications, and compliance; as well as with tax and customs litigation at the administrative, judicial, and constitutional levels. In addition, his practice includes providing tax advice to domestic and international companies on the application of tax regulations and tax planning strategies.
Before joining PPO Indacochea, Carol worked in the Tax Department at Tufiño Zubieta Sociedad Civil.
Carol holds a law degree from the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo,” where she also helped found the Tax Club. She has completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Legal Management, Higher Education, and Customs Management and Foreign Trade, and has taken specialized courses in accounting and taxation for construction companies, as well as in tax statutes of limitations.
Carol also earned a Regional Diploma in Tax Consulting from Austral University in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
