Alonso Indacochea is an expert with extensive experience in Banking and Finance, with a focus on debt refinancing, capital increases, lines of credit and bank restructurings. He has successfully guided major financial institutions in loan portfolio acquisitions, ensuring optimal financial results.

With extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Alonso advises international companies on entry and exit strategies in Bolivia. His strategic legal advice is based on a deep knowledge of Bolivian regulations, ensuring smooth business operations.

Alonso has a proven track record in cross-border M&A transactions. His specialty lies in guiding Bolivian and international companies through complex mergers and acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration and maximizing value in every deal.

Passionate about fostering the startup ecosystem, Alonso offers personalized advice on capital acquisition and develops strong relationships with venture capital funds throughout the region, helping startups build a solid legal foundation for their growth.

Alonso complements his professional experience with a solid international academic background. He is J.D. summa cum laude from the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra (2004) and obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law (LL.M) from New York University (2005). He also studied the Corporate Law Program jointly taught by the University of Oxford and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2003). In the field of business, he completed an International MBA at Adolfo Ibáñez University in partnership with Wharton Business School (2007). His commitment to legal innovation led him to participate in the Executive Program in Legal Innovation at IE Law School (2020), as well as in executive programs at Harvard Law School (2021) and NYU Stern, focused on negotiation strategies (2022).
