On April 6, 2026, Supreme Decree No. 5600 (“DS 5600”) was approved, the purpose of which is to revoke the direct contracting authorizations that allowed for contracting outside the general framework governed by Supreme Decree No. 0181 of June 28, 2009 – Basic Rules of the Goods and Services Administration System (“DS 181”).
