The success of the PPO Appellate Litigation team stems from the vast experience of all its members, having worked as lawyers, prosecutors, judges and public officials. The foregoing means that the team, together with the Commercial Litigation and Arbitration, Public Law and Criminal Defense teams, is better positioned than any other to address all aspects that lead to the need to file an appeal before judicial or administrative.

The team routinely sponsors appeals of matters in which it has represented parties at the trial court level, as well as in cases where it is retained exclusively for the appellate stage. He regularly represents the nation’s leading companies and individuals in highly complex cases that require innovative solutions and often cross-border coordination.

PPO attorneys have significant experience in litigating appellate matters before the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court of Justice, departmental appeal courts throughout the country, and before the administrative instances of all regulators and authorities.
