In all cases, third parties shall be obligated to process the data exclusively for the contracted purposes.

Examples: Microsoft 365: Exchange hosted in South America; SharePoint hosted in the United States; Lemontech hosted in the United States; Teams hosted in the United States; Mentor hosted in Virginia, United States; TimeManager hosted in the United States.

PPO does not use its own cookies; however, third-party cookies may be used through tools such as Google Analytics, Google Site Kit, and Facebook Pixel.
