At PPO the confidentiality and privacy of the personal data of our clients, potential clients, collaborators, providers, and in general any person related with us, is fundamental for the provision of our services and respect for current legal normative and good practices for the protection of personal data.  The aim of the present Privacy Policy is to inform how your personal data will be used so you can freely determine if you wish to furnish them or not when these are requested.

Purpose of treatment

  1. To respond to the requirements and consultations made through our platforms.
  2. To improve the functionalities of our platforms.

  2. To protect and defend PPO´s rights.
  3. To comply with any order issued by a competent state entity, government agency or competent court.
  4. For PPO´s auditing processes, with the auditors and their principals, always subject to a confidentiality obligation.
  5. In case of sale, restructuring, merger, reorganization, dissolution or similar event, with potential buyers, new partners, their agents or advisors under a confidentiality obligation.

International transfer of Personal Data

When Personal Data are shared with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy, the same can be transferred outside the Plurinational State of Bolivia, even to countries whose legislation does not offer an acceptable standard in terms of protection of personal data.  For Example Microsoft 365: Exchange hosted in South America – Sharepoint hosted in the USA – Teams: hosted in the USA, Lemontech hosted in the USA, MENTOR hosted in Virginia, USA.

In such case it is important that you take into account that by furnishing your Personal Data you are granting your consent for such transfer.
