Adrian BELLOT

Adrian is a Senior Associate at PPO and is part of the Tax team.

Adrián participated in the analysis and sponsorship of tax trials before administrative and judicial courts. Likewise, he collaborated in the development of regulations on internal taxation, including projects to modify the Bolivian Tax Code. He currently provides advice on the implementation of business models, tax planning, audits and challenge processes; as well as the application of double taxation agreements, for several leading companies in the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Adrián worked in public entities related to the tax field, such as the Internal Revenue Service, the Tax Administrative Court and the Vice Ministry of Tax Policy. He recently worked as a legal manager at Ernst & Young Bolivia.

Adrián graduated as a lawyer from Aquino Bolivia University, and obtained a Diploma in Tax Procedures from Simón Bolívar Andean University and a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Bolivian Private University. He also completed courses on national and international taxation taught by the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank.
