Carmen is an associate at PPO and is a member of the firm’s Tax Law team.
At PPO, he has participated in the structuring and operational development of complex business promotions, as well as in administrative procedures before the gaming control authority.
Likewise, he has participated in highly complex tax processes before the National Tax Service and before the National Customs of Bolivia, as well as in judicial and administrative litigation against the National Tax Service.
She obtained her Law degree from the Gabriel Rene Moreno University, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra in 2018. Likewise, she obtained a diploma in Civil Procedural Law, Gabriel Rene Moreno University in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law at the University NUR in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, and a Postgraduate Degree in Notarial Law at the Universidad Mayor Real y Pontificia de San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca.
