Christian Morales Romero is an associate of PPO and a member of Corporate, Anti-Corruption and Investigations teams.
As a member of the Corporate team, he provides advice to clients focused on good corporate governance. Likewise, he is part of the Due Diligence processes for the analysis and implementation of high value corporate transactions: acquisitions, restructurings, closures, dissolutions and liquidations of companies.
He has extensive experience in business analysis, community management, CSR, corporate relations and was Project Manager of national and international projects allowing him to contribute with a global vision of the legal, commercial and contextual panorama of the operation of companies to identify efficient solutions.
Before joining the firm he worked with corporate, legal and data protection teams in one of the largest industries in the country and in South America. He is also director of corporate relations for European projects of Fire Departments in Bolivia.
Christian graduated with honors from Universidad Privada Boliviana, obtaining at the same time a corporate mention. Subsequently, he completed two Master’s Degrees: one in Business Administration and Management (MADE-MBA) from which he graduated with excellence and another Master’s Degree in Business Law focused on corporate compliance. In addition to having completed several Degree´s focused on business management of companies.
