Served as a legal representative and junior lawyer at Ceartais Soluciones Legales, where she contributed to the development of effective strategies in public and private criminal proceedings. As a sponsoring attorney, she represented judges and prosecutors in anti-corruption cases, demonstrating her commitment to justice and integrity.
Daniela obtained her law degree at the Gabriel Rene Moreno Autonomous University and has a Diploma in Criminal Procedural Law taught by the Gabriel René Moreno Autonomous University and a Diploma in Corporate and Business Law taught by the University of the Valley of the City of La Paz.
