David is an associate of PPO ABOGADOS, and he is part of the Litigation team. David acquired experience in the practice of Civil Litigations (debt payment and collection procedures, executive, coactive, execution of sentences), and legal audit of judicial processes. Prior to joining PPO, David worked in a well-known legal firm, where he held the position of Head of Legal Management, and was in charge of following up and monitoring processes, in addition to providing advisory services to over 10 companies that developed their activities in the construction, real estate, beauty and cosmetics sectors, as well as product imports and exports, etc.
Montaño obtained a Law Degree from Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno (UAGRM), and he also earned a Diploma in Civil Procedural Law at the same University.
