María Jesús Flores is an associate at PPO and she develops her professional practice in the Corporate and Commercial Law teams. Her practice focuses on providing counseling to local and foreign clients comprising a broad range of corporate issues of a regular nature such as the formation and registration of business undertakings and the application of good corporate governance practices, as well as in complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and escisions. She also has an ample experienc in the areas of drafting and reviewing commercial agreements.
Prior to her incorporation to PPO Abogados, María Jesús was a member of a prestigious law firm dedicated to provide counseling in the areas of civil and commercial law as well as civil litigation.
María Jesús obtained her law degree with a mention in excellence at Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. Later on she obtained a Master´s Degree with a mention in excellence in Private International Law at the Russian People´s Friendship University in Moscow, Russia.
