Mariana Riera is a lawyer with more than six years of professional experience in intellectual property, corporate law, international transactions, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She began her career advising multinational companies on the protection of trademarks and other intangible assets across Latin America, later expanding her practice to include corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Bolivia and Spain.
She holds a Law degree from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” and a Master’s Degree with Advanced Specialization in International Business Law from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She has participated as an arbitrator in international commercial and investment arbitration competitions and is a member of leading international organizations focused on intellectual property, arbitration, and dispute resolution. She also actively participates in international professional networks.
