In the field of labor law, Nayra actively participates in advising companies as part of a specialized team focused on managing and resolving labor disputes. Her work centers on case analysis, the development of defense strategies, and the assessment of potential favorable rulings for companies. Additionally, she contributes to litigation and administrative proceedings, supporting legal solutions that mitigate risks and protect corporate interests in an ever-evolving regulatory environment.
Prior to joining the firm, Nayra worked at a law firm specializing in pro bono cases focused on strategic litigation, where she participated in the analysis and follow-up of constitutional law cases. During this time, she provided assistance to individuals with limited financial resources and no access to legal representation.
Nayra obtained her law degree from the Universidad San Francisco Xavier de Chuquisaca and also completed a diploma in constitutional law at the Academia Carolina, the graduate school of the same university.
