Oscar Quintanilla is an Attorney at PPO Abogados, where he is part of the Intellectual Property team. His practice focuses on advising and managing the portfolios of domestic and international clients, providing support in the protection and enforcement of intangible assets, including trademarks, patents, and copyrights. He actively participates in opposition, cancellation, nullity, and infringement proceedings, guiding clients through each stage of the process.
Before joining PPO, he began his professional career in public institutions and a law firm, where he gained experience in administrative law. This background has enabled him to develop a practical and precise approach to managing intellectual property rights.
Oscar holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (2022), where he also completed a diploma in “Corporate Legal Management.” He has further strengthened his expertise through specialized courses offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), consolidating his knowledge in the field. He is distinguished by his technical precision, analytical skills, and commitment to delivering innovative and effective solutions for his clients.
