Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Appeal and Last Instance Remedies
Patricio Cespedes is a practicing attorney in the Litigation, Appeals, and Final Instance Resources team at PPO Lawyers. His practice focuses on Litigation, where he assists national and multinational companies in judicial disputes in the ordinary sphere, covering various subjects and instances of the legal system. Additionally, his practice extends to constitutional jurisdiction, providing support in constitutional cases. He also has experience in managing cases before administrative instances and public entities.
Before joining PPO Lawyers, Patricio collaborated with Non-Governmental Organizations in judicial causes related to human rights.
Educated at the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia San Francisco Xavier, he distinguished himself as a teaching assistant in various subjects for four consecutive years and collaborated in the creation of academic books. He actively participated in research projects and as a member of the Human Rights Continuous Training Team of the University’s Graduate Studies and Research Center.
He completed undergraduate exchanges at the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata and the Universidad Austral de Chile. He holds a Diploma in Public Management and a Diploma in Constitutional Law and Judicial Reasoning. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Legal Management of the Company with the Universidad Católica Boliviana.
Patricio represented the Universidad Mayor, Real y Pontificia San Francisco Xavier in International Strategic Litigation Competitions in Human Rights, organized by renowned institutions such as the Universidad Externado de Colombia, the Universidad Libre de Bogotá, and the Costa Rican Association of International Law (ACODI), achieving significant recognition in each competition.
