Yomara Ardaya is a senior associate at PPO and a member of the Corporate Law and Public Law team.
Given his experience in the corporate area, he participates in the legal advice regarding the formation of companies and corporate restructuring, carrying out mergers, acquisitions, and divisions, increases and reductions in capital, transfer of quotas, etc., for both national and international clients of the firm.
Yomara is actively involved in M&A processes, in particular in the development of legal audits (due diligence) to verify compliance with corporate governance standards of different companies and is responsible for their legal and administrative affairs in general.
He has experience in the corporate, regulatory, and commercial areas, having participated in the drafting and revision of different types of contracts and legal reports, as well as in business purchases related to large-scale transactions at local and international levels.
In the same way, Yomara has wide experience in the constitution and grants of juridical personality to social organizations, nongovernmental organizations, foundations, and civil entities without lucre ends at a national level.
Yomara is adjusted by excellence of the career of Right in the Autonomous University Gabriel René Moreno (U.A.G.R.M)., it relies on with a qualified one in Business law of the University NUR and a Mastery in Economic, Regulative and Managerial Right of the Andean University Simón Bolívar (UASB).
