The State pays a fee that has two components, recoverable costs and a retribution for the profits from block production.<\/li><li>Establish associations or mixed economy companies for the execution of exploration, development, refining and industrialization activities.\u00a0 Furthermore, the Constitution establishes that YPFB must have a participation of at least 51% of the capital stock in these associations or companies.<\/li><li>The Legislative Assembly must explicitly authorize the signing of any O&amp;G service contract.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-inner-section elementor-element elementor-element-1cca74e elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"1cca74e\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column elementor-element elementor-element-e6d88c0\" data-id=\"e6d88c0\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cc0236 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7cc0236\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><b>Sharing Profits:<\/b> Profits are split between YPFB and the holder on every Service Contracts.<\/li><li><b>Recoverable costs: <\/b>These are the capital and operating expenses (CAPEX &amp; OPEX) that the holders normally invest during the E&amp;D periods. For exploration and exploitation purpose, this law sets out that the Bolivian territory is divided into two zones declared as Traditional and Non-Traditional. Traditional Zones are those where hydrocarbon production and infrastructure are commercially available.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section seeks to reduce E&amp;D costs using existing facilities and reducing risks by progressively acquiring Geological &amp; Geophysical (G&amp;G)
