Bianca is a member of PPO’s Corporate and Mining Practice, where she advises multinational and local companies in Bolivia, as well as major mining corporations, providing comprehensive support on corporate, transactional, and corporate governance matters, as well as the structuring of complex transactions.

In the corporate sector, Bianca advises clients on corporate matters, including investment structuring, corporate reorganization processes, and cross-border transactions. She also plays an active role in advising on public tenders—including those related to the lithium sector—and on large-scale projects across various industries.

In recent years, he has been part of legal teams that have advised international companies on negotiations with public entities and on the implementation of corporate structures for project development in Bolivia, particularly in the natural resources sector.

Before joining PPO, Bianca began her career at a well-established boutique law firm in La Paz, where she gained experience in corporate law, registration law, and litigation, as well as intellectual property. This background enabled her to develop a comprehensive and versatile approach to analyzing and resolving legal matters.

Bianca earned her law degree from the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo,” where she also completed a certificate program in Corporate Legal Management. She also holds a certificate in specialized Spanish-to-English translation in the legal, business, and medical fields from the University of Arizona.
