Within the corporate practice, Rolando advises multiple clients on the incorporation of commercial companies in Bolivia and prepares corporate documentation that supports the development of the business activities of both national and international companies.
Prior to joining the firm, Rolando worked at Aguilar Castillo Love, a law firm based in Central America, where he assisted in high-profile legal matters of a commercial nature. More recently, he served in the public sector, providing legal advice on civil and commercial law matters.
Rolando obtained his law degree from Universidad Privada Boliviana and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Corporate Law. He also holds a certification from the Center for Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration of the National Chamber of Commerce, having completed the Commercial Arbitration Training Program, as well as a certification from the Bolivian Association of Insurance Law for his participation in the International Insurance Law Conferences.
