In the corporate and contractual sphere, André advises his clients on structuring businesses and investments, as well as on drafting and negotiating commercial and labor contracts.
His experience includes supporting startups in their initial stages, the creation and consolidation of and defense of small and medium-sized enterprises, the implementation of regulatory compliance strategies, and asset protection for business development.
His practice is characterized by offering practical and innovative solutions that integrate law with technology.
Prior to joining PPO Indacochea, André completed internships in civil and commercial courts and worked as a paralegal at SELECORP S.R.L.
André obtained his law degree from Franz Tamayo Private University.
He is currently pursuing, as a scholarship holder, a Master’s Degree in Management and Development of Digital Businesses at EUDE Business School.
He has supplemented his education with studies in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Helsinki and in International Commercial Arbitration with Tirant lo Blanch. Likewise, he has training in blockchain, corporate and contract law, alternative dispute resolution methods, and programming, strengthening his ability to integrate innovation and the law.
