Their practice focuses on tax consulting, management, planning, and consulting, involving technical assistance in local and international direct and indirect taxation. They also have experience in international taxation, application of Agreements to Avoid Double Taxation, advice on the application of local guidelines on transfer pricing and digital taxation.

Within their practice at the firm, they have developed experience in tax due diligence processes, reorganizations and corporate acquisitions, cross-border financing, royalty contracts and technical assistance and assignments of international employees, taxation of joint ventures, non-profit entities and various business models.

Prior to joining PPO, they worked at the Central Bank of Bolivia as a lawyer in Central Banking and Research and Legal Assistant to the Presidency providing legal support on issues of Central Banking Administrative Law Tax Law Securities Market Financial Regulation. They also have professional experience in taxation and tax planning in Madrid Spain where they were a member of the Tax Department of a renowned Spanish firm.

Alexandra has a double degree in law accredited for practicing law in Bolivia Spain. She graduated with a degree from Bolivian Catholic University Distance Education University (UNED) Madrid Spain. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Garrigues Study Center another Master’s Degree International Business Law San Pablo – CEU University both imparted Spain.
