Alonso complements his professional experience with a solid international academic background. He is J.D. summa cum laude from the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra (2004) and obtained a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law (LL.M) from New York University (2005). He also studied the Corporate Law Program jointly taught by the University of Oxford and the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (2003). In the field of business, he completed an International MBA at Adolfo Ibáñez University in partnership with Wharton Business School (2007). His commitment to legal innovation led him to participate in the Executive Program in Legal Innovation at IE Law School (2020), as well as in executive programs at Harvard Law School (2021) and NYU Stern, focused on negotiation strategies (2022).
