Andere Indacochea is a partner at PPO Indacochea and part of its Labor and Corporate teams. Andere coordinates and supervises legal due diligence processes, identifying potential risks in projects and investments. She also evaluates potential legal contingencies, helping clients make informed decisions for business development.
Andere has extensive experience in the design, structuring and auditing of labor relations. She offers expert advice in the negotiation of collective labor agreements, labor contracts and collective bargaining with unions, ensuring compliance and minimizing risks.
Her labor practice is recognized by leading legal directories, including Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
Andere additionally advises clients in the health sector on regulatory compliance, including obtaining licenses and authorizations. She helps clients ensure compliance with all legal requirements for the manufacture, storage, distribution, import and export of medicines and health technologies. Her strategic thinking and problem-solving skills allow her to design and implement effective strategies for conflict resolution in both labor and corporate areas.
Andere earned a J.D., summa cum laude, from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA) and a Master’s Degree (LL.M) from New York University.
She is the current President of the ICC Bolivia Labor Commission and a member of the Women’s Leadership Network of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Tourism of Santa Cruz, Bolivia (CAINCO).
