Fabiola León is an Associate at PPO Abogados and a member of the Labor and Social Security Law team. Her practice focuses on providing comprehensive legal advice to national and multinational companies on labor-related matters.

For five years, she was part of the firm’s labor litigation team, where she was responsible for judicial proceedings in various jurisdictions across the country, including La Paz, Cochabamba, Oruro, Tarija, and Sucre. Her experience includes the legal analysis of complex cases, strategic defense planning, drafting of procedural documents, and representation before all judicial instances, including constitutional relief actions, achieving favorable outcomes.

Currently, Fabiola is part of the labor consultancy team, advising companies on the preventive management of legal risks related to labor and social security matters. She is involved in labor restructuring and reorganization processes on both small and large scales, providing strategic advice on the planning and implementation of labor measures aligned with organizational needs. She also handles administrative proceedings arising from labor conflicts.

Prior to joining PPO Abogados, Fabiola completed professional internships at the Departmental Prosecutor’s Office of La Paz and at the Legal Clinic of Universidad Católica Boliviana, where she provided legal assistance to individuals in vulnerable situations.

She holds a law degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Labor Procedure Law at the Universidad Andina Simón Bolívar. Her academic background is complemented by specialized courses in labor law, social security, and human resources management.
