Fabricio is a member of the Tax Department at PPO.

His practice focuses on tax advisory, planning, and consulting, including direct and indirect taxation, locally and internationally. This includes the application of Double Taxation Agreements, and local guidelines on Transfer Pricing. Additionally, his practice extends to Wealth Management and customs matters related to import, export, and the application of International Trade Treaties.

Fabricio advises national and multinational companies on a wide range of issues, including designing and implementing tax structures to enable the landing of foreign investments to the country. He is involved in advising cross-border transactions regarding their tax implications and alternative tax optimization.

Fabricio advises companies from various sectors, showcasing his expertise in the mining sector regarding taxation, the application of tax incentives, and special economic zones. He also advises companies in the digital services, transportation, and consumer goods sectors, among others.

Moreover, Fabricio has experience in wealth management and the Tax on Large Fortunes (IGF).

Prior his incorporation, he was part of the Tax Department of a renowned multi-jurisdictional Uruguayan firm.

Fabricio holds a Law degree with Highest Honors (Suma Cum Laude) from the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra (UPSA), with a specialization on Business Law.
