She holds a law degree with over eight years of experience in civil and labor law. Her professional career includes solid participation in the financial and judicial sectors, where she stands out for her skills in negotiation, legal analysis, and conflict resolution, which allowed her to act as legal representative for the largest bank in Bolivia.
She collaborated directly with members of the Departmental Court of Justice of Santa Cruz, contributing her knowledge, ethics, and dedication to service. During her time in Judiciary, she demonstrated an admirable capacity for legal analysis, drafting draft resolutions, and interpreting regulations. Her teamwork with the members was fundamental to the development of jurisprudential criteria and the strengthening of the justice system.
Prior to joining the firm, Goldy worked in the Judiciary for almost four years in the Civil and Labor Courts. Most recently, she worked for five years at Banco Mercantil Santa Cruz.
Goldy earned her law degree from Gabriel Rene Moreno University, a diploma in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the U.G.R.M., as well as a diploma in university teaching at Nur University.
