Provides comprehensive advice on socio-labor obligations for national and international clients. It prepares due diligence reports, proposes solutions for non-compliance, and actively participates in negotiations, union conflicts, labor restructurings, layoffs, salary adjustments and employer substitutions, always defending the interests of its clients.
