With 13 years of experience, she not only works as part of the labor law and social security team, but also as part of the Dispute Resolution team with successful results. She develops an intense legal practice as an advisor to local and foreign companies in labor and civil litigation.
She participates in individual and collective bargaining processes. Her experience is mainly related to labor litigation, civil litigation, auditing processes and social security matters and a vast experience in massive processes of termination and labor reorganization with a high level of effectiveness that has generated an important level of confidence in her clients.
She also provides legal advice to local and multinational companies such as Nestlé, Avon, G4S, Petrex, Fagal, Pharmatech, Belcorp, Corteva, Rohlig.
Before joining PPO Abogados, she worked in different areas of the Bolivian Judiciary and in very important law firms.
Last year she was recognized by “Legal 500” for the quality of her services to clients; the last year she was recognized as “Rising Star”.
In the academic aspect, she has postgraduate studies and is concluding a master’s degree program in labor law
