Marly PAREJA

Marly Pareja is an associate at PPO and a member of the Corporate & Commercial and Regulatory teams.

Her practice focuses on providing counseling to multinational as well as local companies with respect to their operations in Bolivia and various aspects related to good corporate governance, transactional issues, and she actively participates in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and the purchase of businesses and assets.

With respect to corporate law, she advises a large portfolio of clients on an ongoing basis regarding application of corporate governance practices, including clients in the agrochemical, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, jewelry, film and entertainment industries.

He also has extensive experience in negotiating commercial contracts and regularly advises clients on regulatory issues affecting them.
