Nicolás Angulo is a practicing PPO lawyer and is a member of the Corporate Law and Public Law team.
Within his practice area, he has experience in the corporate, regulatory and commercial areas.
In the corporate and commercial field, he actively participates in legal advice to national and foreign companies in relation to their incorporation and registration in Bolivia, good corporate governance practices and corporate and commercial procedures in general. Likewise, he is part of the teams that design and execute complex corporate reorganizations such as dissolutions, liquidations, mergers and acquisitions related to large-scale transactions at a national and international level.
From the regulatory and public point of view, he participates in advising national and international companies in public bidding processes, entry into regulated markets and in general regarding compliance with the regulations applicable to different industries, mainly including the financial and stock market. transportation, telecommunications, and natural resources.
Before joining PPO, Nicolás worked at an important multinational company in the aerospace industry, where he was part of the legal and contract management area.
Nicolás studied at the Bolivian Private University (UPB), where he was awarded several times and from which he graduated with honors.
