Nicolás ANGULO

Nicolás is an associate at PPO and a member of the Corporate and Mining Law teams.

In his practice area, he brings experience in corporate, commercial, regulatory, mining, and administrative matters.

In the corporate field, he advises both national and international companies on their incorporation and operation in Bolivia, good corporate governance practices, and general corporate and commercial procedures.

Nicolás is also actively involved in M&A processes, particularly in conducting Due Diligence processes and is part of the teams that design and execute complex corporate reorganizations and transactions on a large scale, both nationally and internationally.

Regarding regulation and administrative matters, Nicolás advises companies on public bidding and procurement processes, as well as on their entry into and operation in regulated markets. His expertise extends to regulatory compliance in sectors such as finance and securities, transportation, telecommunications, and natural resources.

Before joining PPO, Nicolás was part of the legal and contract management team at a renowned multinational in the aerospace industry.

Nicolás studied law at the Bolivian Private University (UPB), where he graduated with honors
