Sebastián Alba is actively involved in the corporate, litigation, and administrative law departments at PPO Indacochea. He provides comprehensive legal advice to his clients, helping them navigate complex legal challenges.

Sebastián Alba provides strategic advice on a variety of corporate matters, including assistance with shareholder and board meetings, the drafting and amendment of minutes, the maintenance of corporate records, and the management of articles of incorporation. He also plays an active role in the formation, incorporation, and restructuring of companies across various industries.

Sebastián is the point of contact for clients regarding processes related to obtaining registrations and certifications for operating licenses, environmental technical files, and health authorizations for agricultural products, food, and controlled chemicals.

Sebastián represents his clients in a variety of legal proceedings, including debt collection, enforcement of securities, recovery of delinquent accounts, and all types of civil proceedings, ensuring that their interests are well defended.

Sebastián graduated with highest honors (97–100) with a law degree from the Universidad Privada de Santa Cruz (UPSA) and holds a postgraduate degree in business law from the Universidad de Belgrano in Argentina, where he graduated with a grade of 10/10.
