Victor F. Armaza is a Senior Associate at PPO Indacochea, recognized for his extensive experience in sports, corporate, and mining law, with a particular focus on international sports arbitration, legal compliance, and complex contract negotiations. His diverse legal practice spans both the international and domestic spheres, making him a trusted advisor in the aforementioned industries.

In the field of sports law, Victor not only brings extensive experience gained from working with world-renowned organizations such as Real Madrid C.F. and Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo, but also serves as a FIFA-licensed Football Agent, allowing him to combine his legal expertise with the professional representation of soccer players and coaches in the global market. He has advised clients in high-profile arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the FIFA Football Tribunal, and various international dispute resolution institutions. His dual role as a lawyer and FIFA-licensed agent gives him a comprehensive perspective on the legal, contractual, and commercial dynamics that shape professional sports worldwide.

Complementing his specialization in sports law, Victor also maintains a strong practice in mining and corporate law. He has served as legal counsel to major international mining corporations, providing advice on matters such as obtaining mining authorizations, regulatory and contractual compliance, corporate governance, and strategic legal planning. His work in this area is particularly valued in complex and highly regulated jurisdictions.

Victor holds a law degree from the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” in La Paz, Bolivia, a Master’s degree in International Sports Law (LL.M.) from the Real Madrid University School – European University in Madrid, Spain, and a FIFA license as a soccer agent, granted by FIFA.

Victor is also fluent in Spanish, English, and Portuguese, which reinforces his ability to advise and represent clients in cross-border matters with clarity and precision.
