Victor F. Armaza is a Senior Associate at PPO, recognized for his deep experience in sports, corporate and mining law, with a particular focus on international sports arbitration, legal compliance and complex contract negotiations. In the field of sports law, Victor brings extensive experience gained from having worked with world-renowned organizations such as Real Madrid C.F. and Ruiz-Huerta & Crespo. He has advised clients in high profile arbitration proceedings before the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the FIFA Football Court and various international dispute resolution institutions. His work in this sector reflects a detailed understanding of the legal dynamics that shape professional sport globally.

Complementing his specialization in sports law, Victor also maintains a solid practice in mining and corporate law. He has served as legal advisor to major international mining corporations, providing advice on issues such as obtaining mining authorizations, regulatory and contractual compliance, corporate governance and strategic legal planning. Their work in this area is particularly valued in complex and highly regulated jurisdictions.

Victor holds the title of Lawyer awarded by the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” in La Paz, Bolivia, and a Master’s Degree in International Sports Law (LL.M.) from the Real Madrid University School – European University in Madrid, Spain.
