Victor Fernando Armaza Pacheco is a legal assistant at PPO, and he develops his professional practice as part of the Corporate and Public Law teams.
As a member of the Corporate team, he collaborates and assists with the legal counseling provided to local as well as foreign clients with respect to incorporation issues and the establishment of commercial companies in Bolivia, as well as non-profit civil entities. He also participates and aids in the drafting and review of commercial documents.
Additionally, he has ample experience in labor matters, providing counseling and sponsoring judicial labor proceedings.
Prior to joining PPO, he was part of a prestigious law firm specialized in Labor, Family, and Constitutional Law as well as Special Proceedings. Moreover, he worked as a legal assistant in the Human Resources Department of an affiliate of an important transnational construction and assembly company that operated with Spanish capital, which was engaged for the execution of state-funded projects in Bolivia.
Víctor was awarded a law degree with distinction and honors by Universidad Católica de Bolivia “San Pablo”.
