First International Business and Investment Summit in the Department of Oruro

Last December 11, in the city of #Oruro, was held the “First International Business and Investment Summit in the Department of Oruro” , organized by PPO Abogados in conjunction with the Ministry of Mining and Metallurgy and the Governor´s Office in Oruro. The event highlighted the mining potential of the region and promoted strategic investments.

“Strengthening mining activity in Oruro was vital. The summit represented our joint commitment to boost development, especially in the mining sector, to promote sustainable growth in the region,” said the Minister of Mining and Metallurgy, Marcelino Quispe.

Alejandro Pemintel Echenique, partner of PPO, stated that “PPO is firmly committed to the development of Bolivia and will continue to invest in the promotion of the opportunities and advantages offered by our country for domestic and foreign private investment”.

Likewise, Mattias Garrón, partner of PPO, mining expert and promoter of this first Summit, said that “This initiative was projected as a strategic space where the actors of the mining sector discussed crucial aspects for its growth, fostering collaboration between the public and private mining sectors”.

The First International Business and Investment Summit in the Department of Oruro brought together more than a hundred leaders and entrepreneurs.
