Our team has experience providing counseling to local and multi-national companies in the area of compliance with anticorruption regulations at the local and international levels, including the United States Act on Foreign Corrupt Practices (FCPA). We regularly assist our clients in the design, implementation and testing of policies on compliance and internal ethics, adapting them to the local normative and realities, as well as in the design and implementation of internal training sessions for executives and staff members.

Additionally, the team regularly carries out due diligence processes in anticorruption matters related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as with respect to other issues involving the relationships with commercial partners as well as third parties.”
