Customs Law

PPO offers excellent legal services in Customs Law to a significant number of Bolivian and foreigner clients.

Our counseling includes support in the development of strategies and discharges in administrative processes before the National Customs of Bolivia, such as Deferred Control Processes, Post Customs Inspection, among others.

At the same time, we offer support in challenging Customs decisions, either by judicial means (resolved by the judge of the matter) or by administrative means (resolved by the Tax Impugnment Authority – AIT)

In addition, we support our clients in a preventive way, so that they comply with the regulations and are prepared in case of Customs inspections.
