Carolina Arnéz is an associate at PPO and she develops her activities in the Corporate Law and Public Law teams.
Her practice focuses on providing counseling to multinational as well as local companies with respect to their operations in Bolivia and various aspects related to good corporate governance, transactional issues, and she actively participates in corporate transactions such as mergers, acquisitions and the purchase of businesses and assets. Additionally, she provides counseling to clients with respect to their commercial relations, after reviewing and negotiating all kinds of contracts.
In the area of Public Law, she provides counseling to clients in the financial, technological, insurance and reinsurance industries, and in the mining sector with respect to compliance with regulations imposed by different government divisions.
Prior to her incorporation to PPO, she worked as an attorney at the Central Bank`s Investigation and Contracts Departments (Banco Central de Bolivia), providing legal counseling in matters related to Central Banking, Administrative, Regulatory Law, Financial System and Institutional Management.
Carolina obtained two Law Degrees at the Licentiate level in Mexico and Bolivia. She graduated from the Law School of Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterreay in Mexico and validated her degree at Universidad Católica Boliviana.
