Danica Yaksic is an associate at PPO and a member of the Corporate & Commercial group.
Her practice focuses on comprehensive advice to local and foreign companies in a broad variety of industries. Her participation ranges from general corporate matters to complex transactions for transfer of corporate stakes, transformations, liquidations, and demergers. She also has broad experience in commercial matters and habitually supports clients on the drafting and negotiation of contracts. In parallel, Danica has broad experience advising nonprofit organizations and foundations on their operations in Bolivia.
Before joining PPO, she worked for a prestigious corporate law firm, where she focused her abilities on review and analysis of general commercial contracts.
She obtained her law degree from the Universidad Privada Boliviana de Cochabamba, Bolivia in 2005 and a master’s thesis in Commercial and Business Law, from the Universidad San Simón and Cámara de Comercio de Cochabamba in Bolivia.
