Ericka Cuellar is an associate at PPO where she develops her professional practice as a member of the Corporate & Commercial team.
As a member of the Corporate team, she provides counseling to local and foreign clients, with respect to the incorporation of companies, the application of good governance as well as administrative and regulatory practices.
Moreover, she habitually participates in the development of legal auditing processes (due diligence) for the implementation of complex corporate transactions, such as the acquisition, restructuring, wind up, dissolution and liquidation of companies.
Within the commercial practice, she participates in the preparation and review of commercial agreements.
Prior to joining PPO, she was a member of a prestigious law firm dedicated to providing counseling on corporate and intellectual property matters.
Ericka Cuellar obtained her law degree from The Universidad Autónoma Gabriel Rene Moreno in Santa Cruz, Bolivia in 2019.
