Fernanda is an associate at PPO and is part of the Corporate & Commercial team.
In her practice she provides comprehensive advice to local and foreign clients operating in a variety of areas and industries, with special emphasis on transport, logistics and foreign trade.
Fernanda also has experience in handling company law and regulatory matters, including company organization, good governance issues, obtaining operating licenses and permits, among others.
Mendoza obtained her law degree from the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno, in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, also, she holds a diploma in Labor and Social Security Procedural Law.
