Gabriela FAREL

Gabriela Farell is an associate at PPO Abogados, and she is part of the labor team. Her recurring practice focuses on Labor and Social Security Law.

During the past years Gabriela has been sponsoring several judicial, administrative and constitutional processes involving civil, commercial and labor-related matters, in all the procedural instances before the Courts of Justice in the cities of La Paz and Cochabamba, with satisfactory results. Gabriela is currently sponsoring clients, mostly companies, in complex labor litigation processes, and her activity focuses on case analysis, planning and defense as well as the development of strategies within the judicial and administrative processes in all their instances.

Prior to her incorporation to the firm, Gabriela carried out practices at the Departmental Court of Justice in La Paz, she also worked for a Criminal Law Firm in the same city. She recently worked as Legal Counsel for a well-known company in the city of Cochabamba, providing integral legal counseling, having acquired ample experience in civil, labor and constitutional litigation processes, with a special expertise in coactive and executive processes.

Gabriela obtained her law degree from Universidad Mayor de San Andrés in La Paz, Bolivia (2016). She also earned a Diploma in civil, contractual and notarial law conferred by Universidad Mayor de San Simón in Cochabamba, Bolivia (2017).

Gabriela, holds a membership at the Ministry of Justice of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and Asociación Iberoamericana de Derecho Privado AIDP.
