Ingrid REESE

Ingrid is senior associate at PPO ABOGADOS, and she develops her activities in the Corporate Law and Financial Law teams.

Within her area of practice, she regularly provides counseling to local and foreign clients with respect to corporate and regulatory matters, such as the incorporation of companies, aspects related to good corporate governance, commercial activities in general and administrative issues associated with the internal management. In a parallel manner, she actively participates in complex corporate operations such as the acquisition of companies, company restructurings, closures, dissolutions and liquidations.

Within the financial area, she provides counseling to international banks and multilateral companies with respect to financing operations in Bolivia for the acquisition of companies and assets. Additionally, she actively participated in secured operations, which required the establishment of trusts and the issuance of registrable and non-registrable collateral.

Prior to joining PPO, Ingrid Reese worked in a reputable law firm based in the city of La Paz.

Ingrid obtained her Law Degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana, having graduated with excellence.
