ismael Flores is an associate at PPO and is a member of the Litigation and Immigration teams.

It the Litigation area he regularly represents corporate clients, primarily multinationals, on complex civil and commercial claims.

Before joining PPO, he was employed at the Departmental Court of Justice and in the Departmental Immigration Office in Santa Cruz, where he was Head of the Departmental Office for Aliens and District Immigration Chief.

Flores graduated as an attorney from the Universidad Autónoma Gabriel René Moreno in Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), in 2011.

  • Public Bar Association (RPA) under Bolivia’s Ministry of Justice.
