Luis Enrique Pérez is a senior associate at PPO, and he is a member of the Labor Law and Social Security teams.
Within his main practice, Luis Enrique stands out for providing specialized advice to the most important companies in the country, regarding their company-employee relations and expatriate matters. In this sense, Luis Enrique has vast experience and provides unique advice on hiring personnel, immigration and migration processes, restructuring due to the closure of areas or companies, individual processes on labour aspects in general, that adjust to a company-employee legal relationship, standing out in the legal market for its multilingual assistance and its particular vision to help expatriates established in Bolivia.
In transactional matters, he has directed and carried out due diligence processes in labour matters, and, in this sense, he has actively participated in the review and negotiation of corporate and labour transactions for the sale of companies and assets of multinational and local companies, as well as commercial agreements for the signing of worker transfer contracts.
In parallel, he has specialized know-how providing advice to clients regarding labour processes initiated by former employees, former contractors and unionized workers, both before administrative and judicial instances with completely successful results in all cases.
Before joining PPO, Luis Enrique Pérez worked in a Justice Court in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, where he gained extensive experience in procedural practice.
