Natalia is an associate at PPO and is part of the corporate team.
In the area of Corporate and Commercial Law, Natalia acquired experience providing permanent counseling to national and foreign clients and industries with respect to a broad range of matters related to corporate issues, routine and non-routine commercial operations of diverse natures, including the drafting of contracts as well as complex commercial transactions.
Moreover, within the area of corporate practice, she provides counseling concerning the application of good corporate governance practices and also participates in the conduction of due diligence. For the other part, she has provided strategic advice regarding the protection of assets and intellectual property. In the area of Public Law, she provides counseling to clients in the financial, technological, insurance and reinsurance sectors as well as in the mining industry with respect to compliance with the regulations imposed by the different government entities. In the regulatory sector, she has ample experience in Insurance law, and provides permanent counseling to Insurance and Reinsurance companies with respect to compliance with their obligations with the regulator, and has participated in arbitration processes involving national and international insurers, as well as in sanctioning administrative processes filed by APS. Additionally, she has experience providing counseling as well as assuming the representation of clients in judicial civil, commercial and family processes
Prior to her incorporation to PPO Abogados, Natalia worked in renowned legal firms in the city of La Paz dedicated to the provision of counseling on corporate matters, intellectual property and dispute resolution through jurisdictional and arbitration channels.
Natalia obtained a Law degree with a mention in Corporate Law. She graduated from Universidad Privada Boliviana. She also completed successfully various courses in the areas of Commercial Law, Intellectual Property, Compliance, Legal Tech and Negotiation offered by prestigious universities at the world level, such as the University of Pennsylvania and IE University.
