Bianca is part of PPO’s Corporate and Mining team, where she specializes in providing comprehensive advice to multinational and local companies in Bolivia.
She is currently actively involved in counseling international companies on public tenders, cross-border transactions and high-profile corporate matters in the field of natural resources, construction and finance.
Prior to joining PPO, Bianca started her career in a long-established law boutique, where she acquired a solid foundation in corporate law, registration law and litigation, as well as intellectual property. This diversity in her practice has given her a broad and versatile approach, allowing her to address legal challenges from multiple perspectives and offer holistic solutions to her clients
She obtained her degree from Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”, where she also completed a postgraduate course in Corporate Legal Management.
