Scarlet is an associate of PPO and belongs to the litigation team.
Within her area of practice, she is involved in the sponsorship of judicial proceedings in civil and commercial matters, in all procedural stages before the Courts of Justice. She also has experience in the defense, planning and strategy within judicial processes. At the same time, sponsorship and management of cases in administrative instances and public entities. Additionally, she advises and assists in Pro Bono cases.
Prior to joining PPO, she worked in a legal clinic of the Universidad Católica Boliviana, providing legal advice to low-income sectors.
Ms. Sacrlett is a graduate of the Bolivian Catholic University “San Pablo” Law School. Foreign Arbitrator at the Peruvian Chamber of Business. Training in National Arbitration at the National Chamber of Commerce of Bolivia. Diploma in Training of Arbitrators specialized in National and International Commercial Arbitration by the Peruvian Chamber of Business. Diploma in Banking Law from the Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo”. She has a Master’s Degree in Civil Law and Civil Procedure from the Universidad Mayor de San Andrés. Author of the book “Razonabilidad de aplicar la Convención de Nueva York a las medidas cautelares que emita el árbitro de emergencia a fin de garantizar la tutela judicial efectiva en Bolivia”, published by Editorial Academia Española. Additionally, she is the author of several academic articles. Participant of different seminars, conferences and congresses.
